Great location in downtown Buffalo. Staff was excellent and facilities were great. There is an on-site restaurant. Very clean room and hotel was spotless.

The looks and feeling of the hotel, beds are super comfortable, it was like sleeping on a cloud, amazing! Never had room service before, it was definitely worth getting, the staff was great and friendly, food was really great, definitely better than other hotel food I had in the past, actually good quality food.

very clean, large rooms, excellent staff. upon arrival, I was so tired I left my 5000 new macbook laptop somewhere in the lobby. day after I asked front desk and they actually had my laptop. I was so happy. 5 star staff for sure.

Staff was amazing, the room was so comfortable and the bed was the most comfortable bed Ive slept in at a hotel

Hotel staff were very friendly, the room was spacious even though it was way different from the pictures online that described the room. The food and coffee in the lobby were good. Overall I enjoyed my stay and when I go back to Buffalo I will be staying at the Westin.
